Field summary
Hide-and-steal stealth biome; matching-bloom hiding, patrol bypasses, scan beams, and route tokens stolen back for the sentient bees.
Survey notes
A deep ravine where the Engine's atmospheric chemistry experiments were conducted. The enormous flowers descend from engineered organisms built to sample air through pollen dispersal, and the pollinators evolved alongside them as data carriers. Chameleon thrives here, shifting color with the flora. The nectar is a critical reagent in the Engine's biological coolant — thick enough to stabilize heat-transfer fluids, alive enough to keep them harmonically responsive — and the bees carry trace data home in pollen patterns.
Under the malfunction, the biochemistry goes into overdrive. Pollen clouds slow, confuse, and induce vertigo. Beneath the chaos, the Monoculture forces every flower and bee route toward one approved pattern: one bloom geometry, one nectar profile, one sourcorn-compatible schedule. It is beautiful, and it is wrong.
Flower Canyon is the Across branch capstone. If Mangrove is water, Wasteland is failed circulation, Hollowmere is deep life support, Bamboo is guided growth, and Farm Town is corrupted distribution, then the canyon is exchange itself. Defeating the Monoculture restores the exchange — pollinators move freely, sourcorn becomes one ingredient rather than the whole system — and releases the Bloom Harmonic, the surface branch's root.
