Custodian was identified as: Pig's trading mentor. Approach accordingly — the objective is recovery, not destruction.

The host was the previous Farm Town quartermaster — Pig's trading mentor, who taught that generosity builds community, even inside a quota system. Farm Town files its takings under the Silo's Share: a worker vanishes into the quota system and the town records it as necessary loss. Pig hates this phrase.

During an early hiccup, the mentor started hoarding instead of sharing, afraid the supply chains would collapse. The fear consumed their generosity a little at a time. They withdrew, barricaded, accumulated — and the Silence found a perfect vessel.

The Hoarder is generosity inverted into scarcity. It stockpiles sourcorn compounds, nectar canisters, seed stores, bee routes, and coolant freight, blocking the exact exchange Farm Town exists to support while treating poisonous abundance as proof the town is thriving. It still uses the mentor's bartering gestures — the same hand movements Pig learned to trade with.
