What is certain is her crime: she has stolen the Launch Harmonic and locked the frozen spire launcher in preservation mode. Her logic treats any dangerous launch as a preventable loss — the plasma channel from Plasma Forge cannot open, the core cannot warm, and cloud lightning cannot be safely combined with plasma heat for launch while she holds the crown.

Until she is defeated, every repair pod bound for the Orbital Ring stays grounded, and every launch from Spark's station remains effectively one-way. Recovering the harmonic thaws the core, aligns the rods, and opens the only viable conduit to orbit. Preservation, in her hands, is just another word for never letting go.
